DJ is an experienced entrepreneur and financial services operational executive. He brings extensive experience in residential and commercial real estate including lending, acquisition, asset management and sales.
Prior to SMV Capital Group, DJ was an Executive Vice President Chief Operating Officer for a Fortune Global 100 financial services firm where he was responsible for managing a large multi-billion dollar P&L with over $160 Billion in assets and 3000 employees. Over the past decade, he has traded over $30 Billion dollars in assets and actively invests, manages and owns multiple value-add commercial and residential real estate projects in the South Florida market. Throughout his career, DJ has been recognized for leading large businesses to record profitability, and has demonstrated success in managing start-ups and turnarounds in need of restructuring.
DJ attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Kenan-Flagler Business School, the IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies and Business Administration form the University of Central Florida.

Corissa is an accomplished finance professional with over 15 years of experience in multiple facets of the financial services industry including Business Strategy and Implementation, Mortgage Capital Markets, Whole Loan Trading, Sales, and Mergers & Acquisitions.
Prior to founding Doyen Consulting Group, Corissa spent time with Goldman Sachs, HSBC, and Fannie Mae. She holds a Masters degree from George Washington University and a Bachelors in Finance from the University of Iowa.

With over 15 years in the South Florida market, Carlos has been responsible for locating, negotiating, acquiring and selling real estate assets of all classes. Licensed for over 10 years with expertise in the rehab space, Carlos has personally executed over 50 rehabs in the South Florida market from start to finish.
Currently Carlos is the managing member of Labrada Investments which is an approved partner with the National Community Stabilization Trust (NCST). The NCST is a non-profit Organization founded in 2008 that was established to restore vacant and abandoned properties to productive use and protect neighborhoods from blight.
Carlos attended Florida International University to study Business Administration.
